Gail Goes To School!

Bring mindfulness to your classroom with Adventures in Mindfulness.

Gail Goes To School. Adventures in Mindfulness for your pre-school and K-5 students.

Gail facilitates classroom readings, experiential and education-based talks, school-wide assemblies and author residencies based upon the mindfulness practices of Anh’s AngerSteps and Stones and Peace, Bugs and Understanding.

Gail engages students with an eye-opening introduction to the benefits and practices of mindfulness and meditation, and demonstrates how they help us navigate our more difficult emotions and experiences as she reads from her books and teaches us inspiring ways to integrate mindfulness into our daily lives.
